French AI startup Mistral AI has raised 830M USD in debt to build a new data centre near Paris powered by Nvidia chips. The facility in Bruyères-le-Châtel will be operational in Q2 2026 and is part of Mistral's plan to deploy 200 megawatts of compute capacity across Europe by 2027.
