Day 2 of considering Pop OS just for a possibly better gaming experience. It's so different from Mint which is keeping me from seriously thinking about it though. But it's also a "Games might run better" kind of thing. Gotta look at lots of customization videos to see how much I can get it to look like Windows/Mint

What got me thinking about it is how MMSFLC has that Denuvo switch limit. Ran fine earlier today after it finally didn't crash, but now I'm just getting a black screen. Heard Pop was good for that and nvidia drivers so hmm

@Stormeko I switched to Pop a few months ago. Not a huge gamer, but I have noticed a significant improvement in gaming. I run a few older FPSes and strategy games (Civ 6) and they run great under Steam and Pop. I also have an Nvidia chipset and things have just worked.

I was still using Windows for gaming, but it runs so much better than my previous Xubuntu setup that I've stopped dual booting.

@quiglax I wasn't sure if it really did have gaming improvements or not, so this is good to know!
