This hour's random desktop background image on my #MacbookPro is this great Richard Hathaway shot of one of my favorite drivers, James McFadden, in one of his rides in his home country of Australia.

That little pile of dirt between his right rear and the WALL is called the cushion, and drivers try to plant that tire right up next to it for the best traction.

When the cushion is 12 INCHES from the wall, J-Mac just runs this close to the wall. Much chaos can ensue.
