The only time I’m ever tempted to use a LLM is, “rewrite this email using my language and message to appease a narcissist audience” istg I’d fast for the water usage, if the politics weren’t there.

Cold callers do not need (or deserve) any AI countermeasures. A set of simple voice prompts (recorded in 2009) and a no-choice dialplan in Asterisk will put 'Lenny' to work until the caller hangs up. I have posted about this before:
