🚨 Georgia "Senate Bill 29 […] would require law enforcement officers in Georgia to collect DNA from anyone arrested for, even if never convicted of, certain felonies." No warrant or preliminary hearing required.

Similarly, Senate Bill 116 would require warrantless DNA collection from arrestees subject to an ICE immigration detainer.

Both bills represent fundamental violations of privacy — not to mention the 4th Amendment. Let your state senators know they should oppose both bills.
