Thousands of protesters showed up in Olympia on Saturday for the third No Kings protest.

Downtown was busy and congested as protesters staged for the No Kings march at Percival Landing Park. Hundreds of people were tightly packed together near and under the Percival Landing Pavilion, filling the Percival Landing Martin Marina boardwalk. Large banners, musicians, and marchers went Eastbound from Olympia Ave NW with the help of a small car and bicycle brigade, marching one block before turning South on Capitol Way N. Unlike other marches or protests, the large group progressed slowly with stops up the hill on Capitol Way, making it more accessible for those at the rear. Thousands of people poured onto the Capitol campus, joining those who were already there with organizations and booths. About an hour later, the number of people in attendance exceeded an estimated 4,000.

A small group of 'No King Bob' #MAGA counter protesters also showed up across the street. Counter protesters, including one individual dressed like a king, were primarily upset over the new millionaire tax. They were also carrying Voter ID Initiative IP26-500 paperwork. They carried protest signs that depicted Bob Ferguson as a King. Along with chants, the signs read 'No King Ferguson Rally', 'Stop the tyranny' and 'Taxation without representation'.

One visibly upset MAGA counter protester was yelling directly at WSP officers while getting in their face, accusing a protester of being an agitator and demanding the protester be removed: <yelling> ~"Hey, why aren't you guys getting this guy out of here!? get him out of here! he's about to start a fight! do your job!! do your job!! get him out of here! - WSP then intervened but were left wondering the purpose as both sides continued arguing, but no fight occurred.
