@Elizafox I wonder how much it has changed in the last 15 years. I know that ~10 years ago, east Africa (mostly Ethiopia and Eritrea) was the fastest growing demographic. And the neighborhood where I have lived for <cough> at least that many years has seemed to slowly become more diverse year after year. I feel like at least incremental progress has been made since this map.
But I also used to work at a place trying to address remnants of redlining, so there's lots of history to overcome.
