The WookieI believe he believes this but think the SAVE act would disenfranchise just as many GOP voters as DEM voters, especially poor white rural voters that are unlikely to have passports, proper citizenship identification, or live in remote areas best served by mail in voting. The SAVE Act might actually turn Alaska Blue as it would disenfranchise anyone outside larger cities and to urban areas lean bluer.

Scott Knowles@georgetakei Why the SAVE Act won't pass. Senate leader Thune gave it a chance and it died. Smart republicans know it's a scheme to steal elections and won't pass court challenges besides hurting republicans with voting groups who lose voters from the SAVE Act. Best hope is democrats sweep 2026 election and with better leadership impeach Trump and put him on Senate trial, and make Trump's last 2 years living hell. But it takes replacing democratic leadership with activists to fight Trump. No Schumer. No Jeffries. No one over 65. We need generational change now!
