Okay, this is probably the dumbest question ever, BUT..can I transfer my domain to another registrar when there is a live site on it?

Because..I'm NOT paying that. Just..NO.

Domain update: I've purchased a new cheaper domain and will be creating a new Mastodon server soon. I've also transferred my .com out of Namecheap.

#Porkbun made all of this so easy and much less costly than that stupid renewal would have been.

Very happy.

I've been a porkbun customer for a few years now and am generally happy with them. They've ramped up their marketing of tools for reselling domains lately, which is a bit scummy, but otherwise the best registrar I've ever used (although that's a low bar).
