A higher proportion of the NDP membership were engaged in this leadership race (compared with previous races). That's great.
Apparently the NDP leaders of both Saskatchewan and Alberta have come out with statements of disapproval of the direction that Lewis wishes to take. Pundits predicted this. It will be interesting to see how Avi Lewis deals with this.
