Oh shit now I have to buy elderflower liqueur? I'll have to think about this for awhile.
@snork303 Well, if you do, I can recommend another use: Basil-Elderflower martini: either gin or vodka, smash some basil in a shaker, add 2oz gin, .5 oz St. Germain (or other elderflower liquer), 1/4 oz simple syrup if you like sweet but I think it's fine without. Lemon twist.
