I have worked on over 10,000 turbine locations in over 200 wind farm sites across the US. Renewables are the pure capitalization of energy cost, a predictable, insurable capital investment with zero speculative consumable cost. Which is why speculators, as well as oil and coal producers, are desperate to stop it. There is no way to game the wind market with false shortages.
