The illustration is odd: the article title says "evangelicalism"; no self respecting evangelical of this ilk would use a rosary, nor even have one of those idolatrous contraptions, share of Satan.
@Andii The illustration is there only to highlight the relationship between religion and money. But in the case of the evangelicals, money alone would probably have been enough. As for this connection with the "devil," it only underscores their irrational side.

I did get the point of the illustration, just felt it was not actually apt. A plain cross would have worked.
I wondered whether the choice reflected a relative lack of understanding about evangelical views.
