My psychiatrist is currently titrating my medication and it's just this waiting game of me waiting to feel less bad. Meanwhile...

Today feeling especially overwhelmed with #motherhood. This is that part where the invisible labor is so hard and I don't get any recognition or breaks. Just complaints and tantrums.

If I could just have an actual break, every day, that would probably save a significant part of my sanity. Currently can't even pee alone. 🙄

@fylgja oh gosh, I can completely understand that. My little one is of the age where I can actually use the restroom alone. It gets better. But the burnout is real.

Sending care.

@marsiposa thank you so much. Sometimes it feels like I'm the only one struggling even though the odds of that are null!

Very much looking forward to it getting easier. 3 year old and a 15m... It's a zoo. 😅

@fylgja two littles, I can only imagine, hang in there!

No, you're not the only one, I guess many of us just struggle alone, it'is so isolating.
I once saw a LinkedIn infogram on "how to know if your job is giving you burnout" ... and I checked most of the points just by thinking how is it like being a mom.

@marsiposa No kidding. When people talk about job burnout I think the same thing!! I'll have to see if I can find a similar post just to see what they say. Motherhood has such a rosy hue about it to others but really there's a lot more crying, and, well...you already know. 😅ðŸ«
