Under #Trudeau, #Canada re-opened negotiations with #Mercosur, and negotiations have been proceeding rapidly since. The ratification of the EU-Mercosur deal 17 March, after 25 years of negotiations, seems to have helped, and there is talk the Mercosur-Canada deal could be reached by September.
