I don't know how many were at the march in Edinburgh today, but I have heard that some folk hadn't set off yet, while at the same time others had reached the finish. I fully expect the BBC or STV will barely report on the march, never mind report accurately on how many folk were there. I've been on huge marches before where unionists claimed there were a few hundred of us going around the block. That is how laughable these folk are, and also gives a clue of how afraid they are.

@IndyRichard As @dlakelan put it earlier today: the revolution will not be televised.

@IndyRichard The BBC has already reported "thousands" in London. Not tens of thousands, or the more accurate hundreds of thousands, just "thousands". Anyone who wasn't there would conclude it was a fairly small protest by the standards of the capitol, and never guess it was the largest antifascist demo in UK history.

The media in this country is diabolical.

@IndyRichard Well done to The Mirror for accurately reporting on the London demo. πŸ‘πŸΌ
@ApostateEnglishman Living in France, I learned that it was that biggest protest by reading GB's Guardian. @IndyRichard
@IndyRichard Your toot is the first I’ve heard of it !!!!!
@Kellys That seems to be the role of the press. They suppress certain points of view which don't match their editorial line, while at the same time give huge oxygen to those they would happily see in power
@IndyRichard I was there. A huge march with supporters from all over. France… #BelieveInScotland

@IndyRichard I know the met police downgraded the numbers in London by a factor of ten. But then, they usually do that so nothing unexpected there.
