Any Brummie cyclists fancy doing some #GPSart?
Let me know, and I can let you have the GPS for this route shown in the image below.
Route generated using the #WillCycle GPS Art Generator:
https://www.willcycle.com/gps-art/
YOU can use it, too! For free!
And you don't have to be in the UK to use it, either. What GPS art will YOU go impress your friends with?
#Cycling
Oh, generating that route took a few minutes.
It would have been FAR longer if I had to manually create it from scratch.
@WilliamNB The big β€œsupport me by ads or money” before seeing any content is a definite turn-off for me.
@z The website costs money, and HUGE amounts of time. Did you want it all for free?
I offer a very generous free month's trial, during which people have access to full functionality, and see zero ads, but you want MORE?
Out of interest, what do you do on any other site with an anti adblocker? Or a paywall.
My approach is balanced. I'm not fleecing anyone. My prices are exceptionally low, and as I mentioned, I offer a whole free month's trial membership.
Is that not fair of me? And if not, I would genuinely love to hear your suggestions for trying to cover the costs of the site (the ad revenue doesn't cover it all, and membership numbers don't, either) while keeping it ad-free, and without charging for membership.
Genuinely, if you have a solution that's better, more balanced than what I implemented, please tell me?

@z Oh, and you *can* see the content for free. The banner on-screen explicitly tells you that it'd disappear after the countdown (which is plain to see) reaches zero.

But again, I will bow to your expertise and am looking forward to your insights into delivering seriously good content, while incurring costs, without ad or membership revenue.
