it's easy to notice Negative Youtube Changes but something they've done right recently (maybe I should say finally? idk) is that, rather than a Video just being on a Channel,
Videos have Authors now.

Which means that people can collaborate, and both their names are on the thing (not just semi-hidden in the video description) and I think it's really encouraging a lot of cross-pollination now.
