When I still worked at Kagi, I would constantly use this copy/paste, because the feedback forms are the best way to keep track of stuff instead of loose chat messages (in our case)

This is totally fair. Support via DM is a nightmare.

But the root cause isn’t you, it is the difficult UX we have with private mentions on mastodon.

Someday, I hope we can build better ways of tracking and following up on private messages here
