Tried to do a structured workout today, 2 by 2 on Zwift, but failed to sustain the interval. Was in sweet spot HR still, so idk, muscular stuff?
Possibly vaccine related given the tdap-ipv shot on Thursday morning. Might just have temporarily slayed FTP by 20% or more
Best 1 min last 8 weeks was 350W I was supposed to do 265W after 1 min at 225W, but I only managed to sustain 165W, I kind of stopped pedaling after 50s and rolled
