We probably should stop roasting coffee in drum roasters. Some beans are always scorched and you get burned aftertaste like in this case.
Hot air roasting is more suitable for light roasts than this. For classic taste profile, the burnedness is a plus I guess
Anyway, the taste profile is quite all right. The burnt aftertaste is a bit annoying
Proof of the T80 being silly. It returns to wash its mop every 2 square metres or every 2 minutes but only in this room
