I was up in Klamath Glen back in October and a neighbor just caught a salmon. My ex was about to pan fry it (I was appalled).

I said, "Hang on, let me have a slice of that before you ruin it." Mae some rice and just thin sliced a nice piece and ate that. [The salmon had been out of the river for less than an hour, can't beat that.]

It was nommy.

When serving Salmon to my mother (like I think I'm going to be doing on this Sunday's Ēostre celebration) I just need to make it looked cooked on the outside.
