Tried to do a structured workout today, 2 by 2 on Zwift, but failed to sustain the interval. Was in sweet spot HR still, so idk, muscular stuff?
Ah yes I was playing around with the Bont but they still need more insole tweakery. I have two pairs of G8 insoles here (older and newer) and I should cut one to the Bont shape and put it in most likely.
