@NicelyManifest He is 100% right. Per the Constitution -- remember that, folks? -- the president does not have the power to wage war. The president does not have the power to do a lot of things that the orange clown has been doing. I don't understand how the hell he is getting away with it. Have the Republicans enabling him lost or sold their souls? He is totally fucking up this country and it will take years if not decades to undo the damage he's done. If it can be undone.
