President Zelensky stated that he “revealed only a small part” of the information regarding statements from U.S. officials, which suggest that security guarantees for Ukraine would be provided only after Ukrainian forces withdraw from the Donbas. He emphasized that Ukraine seeks to sign security guarantees before the war ends, along with a recovery package. These guarantees would take effect after approval by the U.S. Congress, which will vote only after the war concludes.
