My impression is that Google/Amazon/etc are gonna grab all the AI companies for dirt cheap when the bubble pops, 'cause they can subsidize that crap through their existing advertising and cloud computing revenues. (give or take various other circumstances)

Not saying you're wrong, because dumber things have happened in recent memory (looking at you, Metaverse), but I can't see how the cost is sustainable without gullible investors injecting funding.

Maybe scaled way the hell down or something?
