Class actions proceeding against long-term care home for avoidable COVID-19 deaths.
The irony with these cases is that the LTC homes should defend and claim against the government, saying government gave them negligent airborne control advice because government has been wrong about the science for 100 years.
But they won't and the government will escape liability and blame the LTC homes. So it goes.
