@FourT4 i'm not sure of the size oh this bag nor if the loops can be fastened tight, but i'd say you can use them for stuff like a spare tube/tire, flipflops, a pump, foldable walking stick or tent poles.
It does look kinda small for a bikepacking trip tho, so most likely spare tube or a pump 😆
