To be clear I am not challenging the accuracy, it’s scarily accurate and I did feel like a truck run me over this morning… what I need to know is… is there a 0 or is 1 the minimum? Did I break a record? 😂😭

@illogical_me 😳, 0 is possible…but awful if received. I think I’ve come close to it one a red-eye flight once or twice.

@_Davidsmith anyway, jokes aside, the last year has been a real struggle and sleep++ has been truly helpful. Thank you so much. It’s truly embarrassing that Apple, with much more data, can’t even accurately determine if I am sleeping (probably not if I’m doom scrolling🙄) and you come with insights that feel like magic at times.
