If you follow me, you know Lilu by now.

Lilu is one of the friendliest, cuddliest, dorkiest cats I have ever known. She is not among the smartest.

Last night Lilu spent more than an hour walking through the flat making licking and spitting noises. I grew quite concerned, but she still ate happily, and when it was bedtime she had stopped.

This morning I saw that SOMEBODY had been chewing on my chili plants.

@valkenberg I’d say “lesson learned” but it’s probably a bit optimistic
@crussel Yeah, my wife said something similar, and then we had a good laugh…
@Michael Valkenberg you live and learn!
@jabgoe2089 Well, ideally the first, hopefully the second. With Lilu, we‘re not really expecting any learning to happen.
@valkenberg

nothing you can do about it. she has a Meowlti Pass
@valkenberg Lilu reminds me quite strongly of our 2 years departed but still missed old girl Wicket. She was a very sweet girl too.

@joat That is the deal, isn’t it? We get to feed them and care for them, and in return we have to miss them for the rest of our lives.

And it‘s still worth it.

@valkenberg
This would of course be entirely 'the human's fault' anyway... 😺
@nigelharpur Na, Lilu doesn’t assign blame. That smells too much of problem solving, she’s not good at that.
@valkenberg I hope her Ring of Fire was not too bad the following day!
@datn I did not think to ask…
