The smallest option with discount is only 42 euro per year and costs less than the actual ipv4 address that it comes with.
edit: better English, less Dunglish

Oh I know that quite some Hackerspaces in the Netherlands have a server room, but they typically are not extremely well connected to the internet.
The hackerhosting service fixes that, along with an effort to make a reasonably available service (redundancy is included).
@kline it is hosted from the Gerbrandytoren (a TV tower central in the Netherlands).
Our hackerhosting offering currently does not include BYOIP/ASN, but we could certainly talk about that.
What we set out to do with hackerhosting is have a service that is available for hackers (originally just in .nl) that is affordable and 'just works' so you don't have to host your stuff with companies that are mostly in it for the money. We use 100% open source in everything we do.
@koen sounds very cool and a lot of fun, I didn't realise people were squeezing (mini?) datacentres into such infra.
I'm all for fully open, ready-use VM hosting, given the current crop of non-free hyperscalers.
I'm mostly interested in small points of presence for my own network, especially in locations that have IXPs. Doing more and more of my own infrastructure and self hosted services is my current interest.
