FTP test complete. Pacing was pretty perfect, and I got a little bit of an increase over my last one. Nice to have quantification of fitness improvement.

@scudderfish Lol. I never thought about it in terms of file transfers… but, I can see the potential for confusion.
In terms of cycling, it’s Functional Threshold Power, or the amount of power you can output where your body is on the edge of aerobic capacity. It’s a hard test, but an accurate measurement of fitness without performing lactic acid testing on your blood.
