Duality is a trick of language: subject & object, “self” & other, here & there. But #reality is undivided. You don’t end at your skin. There’s no solid wall between “me” & “you,” between breath & air. Even thought is part of the stream. Let the illusion dissolve. Look without naming. Feel without dividing. #Experience without the filter of identity.
