Many of the residents are pensioners but landlord Dorrington has told them they will have to leave their flats before a £𝟭𝟲 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 to sell the building to the local authority is finalised.
