I've an A3+ Roland plotter in the attic. Works on Serial on XP or Linux, but oddly not perfectly on parallel.

Been meaning to buy a blade for it to try vinyl.
Edit:
I see the linked machine prints too. I'd not put vinyl through my colour laser. I've used "grease-proof" paper and ironed it on to cloth. Colour doesn't really work except ironed to a transparent material.

Alps used to have a lovely solid material printer that also printed white.
