@bitsgalore They seem to be confident that these additional terms are not permitted by the AGPL (contrary to what OnlyOffice claims) and so simply removed them:

Legal issues aside I have some mixed feelings about this initiative.
From what I've read, ONLYOFFICE has better compatibility with the Microsoft Office formats than LibreOffice, which could make it an appealing short-term solution for many organizations.
But for the long run, I do wonder if the money/effort required by this initiative wouldn't be spent more effectively by supporting and strengthening the LibreOffice ecosystem.
