@skyportradio The more I think about this, the more I'm convinced Trumpers Way is a terrible place for such a development.

In terms of location, it's totally unsuitable for 100 dwellings without massive infrastructure uplift. And if residences in Hanwell Square are going unsold when they have better access to shops and good public transport, they're not going to do well in Trumpers Way.
