I wish there was a way to do this at home for the 360 app icons on my phone. Right now there is some first in first out organization
And 15 page of muscle memory in place, but some apps really belong together rather than pages apart.

Confession: several years ago I printed out screen shots, and cut the app icons to squares to sort like mahjong tiles.

Corrolary: it is not easy to sort hundreds of different items
