Those of you who have quit Facebook: how did you manage it?
Did you go through and save all the photos that you wanted to see again?
Do you still receive event invitations on there and check those or are you completely off? If so, are you still getting invitations to such things?

@awakey It’s been a while but you should be able to request all of your data, buried deep in the settings somewhere. They made it (at least then) purposefully awkward to do.

I then completely deleted my account so I receive nothing there now. I had a small friend circle there anyway so everything event wise was done externally to Facebook anyway.

@jamie That's really helpful to know. And photos are included in said data?

@awakey yeah they should be! It can take some time to generate once you’ve requested and when you download it, probably best to do it on a computer as it’ll be zipped up and there will be a lot of files to sift through.
