Homemade tortillas return. It is a lot of work but always worth it!

@NZChineseGenealogy we are going to make the run down from Warkworth to Albany on Tuesday to stock up at the Asian grocery store (and get some stuff for a friend who’s father and son are alone here while others went back to Shanghai). Other than that will be extremely limited driving. Not going to be over soon I fear - worse before it gets better.
May end up making bread, tortillas, etc more than I really want to but such is life.
@NZChineseGenealogy and my wife says these tortillas remind her of this Chinese/Taiwanese thing that they roll up beef and green onions inside and then cut through to bite size pieces. Flat breads are so common across basically all cultures and regions.
@sumisu3 Better than sour dough then. I went to the supermarket yesterday - to stock up on food (Just hope the power doesn't fail the freezer.) Also toilet paper is cheap at Woolies.
