@blogdiva Good grief. I'm mid-genX and was raised by my grandparents (born 1910) and we had a milk cow. Even we used to pasteurize the milk by filing milk in mason jars then put them in the canner in hot water for so long. I forget the actual temp and length because it was so long ago and by the time they hit their mid-70s, we had switched to store milk.
