Ha, ha. When Rubio blithely talks of our ending the war in a few weeks it reminds me of the story about the Roman soldier who called back to his commander that he'd captured an enemy soldier. When told to bring his captive back to the fort the soldier replied: "I can't - he won't let me". It takes one country to start a war, but two countries to end it. #Iran
