The Treaty also required members not to enter into any international commitments that conflicted with the Treaty.’

It seems #Trump no longer has the mental agility to see the difference between having to defend oneself from the actions of others and you being the one who is taking offensive action.

#NATO is about the collective defence of the geographical area of a member state…it’s not about teaming up to steal the resources of another state, however different they may be to you culturally.

And tonight Trump has decreed that the US is no longer adhering to the principles of the NATO treaty.
