I'm pissed at both sides over the whole "amendment to gerrymander" that's going on in #Virginia. The Republicans gerrymandered the state for decades and are now crying foul. On the other hand, gerrymandering sucks. But, Trump should have been removed from office in his first term and if the extra seats could push things over the line into impeachment and removal from office, then yes, I want that.
Why does gerrymandering suck? It's clearly anti-democratic, but so too is this governmental system in net. It sucks to support gerrymandering because it's giving up on democracy even as a principle.
