My advance train tickets to get to the Bungay Balls Up seem to be available now, yay.

Surprising probably no one, booking train travel with a bike in the UK is moderately nightmarish. There are rail replacement buses on the best routes when I plan to travel, the alternatives add extra rail providers who I'd have to hope would accept the cycle reservation from the main one; one of the alternatives requires me to make a tight connection on the London Underground and the booking website doesn't say if bikes are even allowed on the route I'd be using.

I guess the one using LNER, EMR, and Greater Anglia is probably my best bet. If something goes wrong I'll have a fun time trying to muddle through, I expect. Also there's a six minute change at Lowestoft.

LNER's bikes information page says tick the box for bike reservations when booking tickets. I don't see that box. Last year I had to book and pay for the tickets first then try to add a bike reservation after the fact and hope they don't refuse. This year it's unclear if that's an option.

Okay it's too late at night to be trying to figure this out, I'll do it during business hours at some point I guess.
