On any given day, if you ask me which non-RPG setting I'd love to have an RPG license for, I will have an answer or ten (including several that already have RPGs I consider cheap cash-ins, and several more that have never had RPGs at all).

Today my top answer would be Peanuts. But it varies a lot, day to day.
