@roknrol @aburtch Entitlement and lack of judgement due to drinking. But with his history, he should just plan for hiring a driver if he plans on drinking. He's going to kill someone one day.

When they give out fines, it should be a portion of someone's worth rather than a set fee. Any fine is nothing to him.
