JavensbukanNova Scotia is moving to a competitive electrical market - which I have mixed feelings about.
NS now has an independent system operator, instead of everything being vertically integrated into NSP, and the first private competition to NSP launches this fall with its own wind generation using the NS Power grid.
Interesting to see what the prices will be and how the price guarantees work.
