@Rachelburch
Your photos and posts are always a delight, and a gentle reminder to my late mom whom just like you refused to let her health dictate her life.
So, if I may, I would like to thank you for sharing your photos and stories 🩵 They are appreciated.
She was wheelchair bound for several years as well, and I had to push her around when shopping or when going anywhere. I have seen firsthand how inaccessible life can be to someone in a wheelchair. Let alone bed bound.
@Rachelburch
So in my opinion, you do not need to apologize
Being in your situation, and someone being insensitive towards you, or dismissive, well, I think a snippy remark is warranted if not outright justified.
Thank you for reading all this. And thank you for sharing your moments with us.
@Rachelburch I enjoy that you share your photography and experience with the world like you do. I think you enrich the world and me by what you post. Only you can post these things, and that makes them irreplaceable.
By the way, the gnarled mossy branches especially has such ambiance. It makes me think of the natural balance and the timelessness of nature.
I enjoy every of your marvellous photographs and I often ask me how to get there with a wheelchair. But you show what is possible! Best wishes and hopefully a lot of more of your phantastic pictures of Dartmoor.
Thank you for all the wonderful photos, and all the effort put into them.
