I have seen plenty of abuse originating from 2a09:bac0::/29. And of course Cloudflare have no place to report such abuse. The whois information for the IP range does include a link that can allegedly be used to report abuse, but the page it takes you to does not allow you to report abuse originating from Cloudflare.
